The Firm

PKF Martin Jarvie is a long established chartered accounting firm which has, over the years, built on its experiences to develop an approach to accounting and business services that has proven to serve clients well in terms of its success and cost-effectiveness.

The firm has been in existence since 1941 when it was founded by Henry Martin. He was joined shortly after by Robert Jarvie.

Today, four equity partners lead the business, complemented by Managers and a dedicated team of 35 professional and support staff. The firm and its partners believe in personal service and, accordingly, all assignments are Partner-led.

This means a Partner is responsible for working with you and is always available to meet with you in person, or to communicate by phone, fax or e-mail.

However, in order to provide you with an efficient and cost-effective service, you will also deal with other members of our staff – from senior managers, to qualified staff or trainee graduates.

PKF Martin Jarvie’s clientele has always been predominantly Wellington based and involved in a multitude of industries.

Our clients have available to them our expertise in the areas of Business Advisory, Tax Compliance, Audit and Assurance.

Our belief in personalised service led PKF Martin Jarvie to join the international affiliation of PKF, a worldwide referral network of firms in more than 110 countries.

Each of these firms shares our philosophy of partner-led assignments and personal service, and applies this practice in its local market.
