The environment at PKF Martin Jarvie is supportive and friendly, with a strong focus on training and developing staff. Training We are an NZICA Approved Training Organisation (ATO). We support and encourage all staff to pursue their qualifications as quickly as they are able, whilst ensuring a wide range of professional experience is gained on a variety of client assignments. Staff members at every level take responsibility for client relationships, where appropriate, in conjunction with partners and senior staff. This helps staff to develop the necessary skills and experience to progress their careers. After qualifying, career development continues with challenging, varied work and the opportunity to move into more senior roles.
